The
Javelin Pro Series JE3824BW black & white camera is a general-purpose
security camera with backlight compensation. The backlight compensation is
a center screen zone using the center 40% of the picture as its reference
point.
Compatible with almost all of the
closed-circuit television equipment on the market. It has a standard
resolution of 380 horizontal TV lines. Enhancement during video processing
results in an overall apparent resolution of more than 410 horizontal TV
lines.
The JE3824BW is powered using 24VAC, the
most common voltage for security cameras. It has an auto iris circuit for
use with video type or DC type auto iris lenses. The use of an auto iris
lens will produce the best results in a backlight situation. A manual iris
lens can be used and the electronic iris feature of the camera will
control picture levels in varying light conditions.
