The
Javelin Pro Series JE4724C color camera uses solid state Digital Signal
Processing (DSP) technology. The use of DSP insures consistency in the
settings of the camera to produce the sharpest, truest color images every
time.
Because DSP cameras use solid state
technology, flexibility in configuration and adjustment is made available
to the user. While the camera come' defaulted for the typical application,
the JE4724C provides an advanced feature set for the experienced CCTV
professional to fine tune the highest quality image for the application.
The JE4724C provides selectable or
automatic white balance adjustment and selectable or automatic shutter
speed adjustment. It also provides multi-position backlight compensation,
which offers 4 modes: top scene, bottom scene, 40% center and "head
and shoulders." Other features such as: electronic iris, AGC and
gamma correction are selectable.
